Class descriptions

All levels pole = Difficulty and types of moves will be adjusted to your level and wishes, so everyone including first timers is welcome. According to preference also pole strength conditioning. Improves climbing, inversions, and overall pole performance.

Beginners = Introduction to basic pole moves and spins. Learn fun moves/combos and get more accustomed to the pole. No prior experience required.

Advanced = For experienced pole dancers. Focus on advanced tricks, complex combinations, and fluid transitions. Students should be comfortable with aerial shoulder mounts, handsprings, and various grip ayeshas.

Int 1 = Prior requirements : Invert, chair spin, crucifix, layout. Talk with teacher to see if you’re ready to move up to this level.

Int 2 = Prior requirements: butterfly, superman, leg hands, Ayesha would be good.

Open = Supervised practice time for students to work on their own skills and routines. Beginner friendly.

Volunteer open = If you’re a volunteer and learned how to set up poles, feel free to come train at your own. This time will sometimes be used for workshops, in which case an announcement will be sent out.

Mobility & Strength = Hard core strength and mobility training. Abs, shoulders, handstands etc. You’re sure to progress if you come! ( Different moves on Tuesday)

Stretching & mobility = Alternating weeks of lower body (splits) and upper body/back (bridges) themed moves. Active mobility.

How to find your classroom:

Classes are held in the club room address Jämeräntaival 1, 02150 Espoo.

The entrance is on building C side, just step inside, and let the adventure begin!
